Quickstart
This walkthrough takes you from nothing to a working workflow. It assumes you have an OrchaSync account.
Screenshots and exact button labels are being added. The steps and order below reflect the flow; tell us if anything differs in your account and we'll tighten the wording.
1. Create a workspace
From your dashboard, create a workspace to hold your work. A workspace is just a container — name it after the brand, store, or environment you're integrating.
2. Connect a platform
Open Connections and add a connection for the platform you want to integrate (for example, NetSuite or WooCommerce). You'll provide that platform's credentials once; OrchaSync stores them securely and reuses them.
→ See Connections for each platform's setup.
3. Create a workflow
Inside your workspace, create a workflow. This opens the visual builder — a canvas with a palette of nodes on the side.
4. Build the flow
Drag nodes onto the canvas and connect them. A minimal workflow looks like this:
[ Start ] → [ Mapping ] → [ Connection ] → [ End ]
- Start — where the run begins.
- Mapping — reshape the incoming data for the target system.
- Connection — send it to the external platform.
- End — mark the run complete.
Click any node to open its settings and fill in its parameters.
5. Test it
Use Test Run to execute the workflow with sample data. Watch each node light up as it runs — 🔵 running, 🟢 success, 🔴 error — and click a node to inspect what went in and out.
→ Details in Running & monitoring.
6. Save a version
When you're happy, save the workflow. Each save creates a new version, so you can always go back.
